Criminal Record Checks

To safeguard members of our club, the Phantom Lake Soccer Club (PLSC) requires that all volunteers who interact with children or youth, including coaches, managers, and executive board members, to have a Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Persons completed every two years. 

Please submit a digital copy to your online registration as a coach/staff.  You can email our Technical Director if you have any questions.  

Please email plsctechnical@gmail.com to receive your letter for a free Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Persons from your local RCMP detachment.
